Przed larpem 

• Do 5 września możesz wypełnić akredytację stroju online
• Wypełnij obowiązkowo ankietę medyczną 
• Wypełnij test wiedzy
• Wydrukuj Unijny Certyfikat COVID ze strony https://pacjent.gov.pl/ikp/certyfikaty jeśli do 1 września zostałeś/-łaś w pełni zaszczepiony
• Spakuj dokument ze zdjęciem (np. dowód osobisty, paszport, legitymację studencką)
• Jeśli 15 września br. będziesz miał/-ła mniej niż 18, ale minimum 16 lat, poproś swojego rodzica lub opiekuna prawnego o wypełnienie i podpisanie Zgody na Twój udział w wydarzeniu
• Zapoznaj się z Regulaminem Uczestnictwa 
• Przypomnij sobie treść Podręcznika Gracza, Podręcznika Fabularnego oraz Przewodnika po Strojach
• Przeczytaj dokument: Polityka bezpieczeństwa

Akredytacja

Harmonogram 

Środa 15 września: 15:00-18:00 (tylko dla osób z akredytacją stroju online)
Czwartek 16 września: 10:00-19:00 (start gry o 18:00)
Osoby spóźnione mogą akredytować się w orgówce.

Akredytacja broni

1. Broń Epic Armoury, Freyhand, Wyvern Crafts, Forgotten Realms, Calimacil nie wymaga akredytacji.

2. Broń innych producentów lub produkowana prywatnie, a także każda replika broni długodystansowej musi być akredytowana na stanowisku akredytacji broni.

Akredytacja stroju

1. Jeśli akredytowałeś-/łaś strój za pomocą formularza online, idź do akredytacji głównej 

2. Jeśli nie akredytowałeś/-łaś stroju online, Twój strój musi być akredytowany na stanowisku akredytacji strojów.

Akredytacja główna

1. Jeśli otrzymałeś/-łaś akredytację broni i stroju, idź do stanowiska akredytacji głównej. Akredytacja jest obowiązkowa.

2. Organizator potwierdzi Twoją tożsamość i odnotuje, że pojawiłeś się na grze.

3. Miej przy sobie dokument ze zdjęciem. Nie musisz drukować swojej wejściówki – mamy ją przypisaną do Ciebie.

4. Jeśli jesteś uczestnikiem poniżej 18. roku życia, wręcz organizatorowi podpisaną przez rodzica/opiekuna prawnego zgodę na Twój udział w wydarzeniu. 

5. Jeśli jesteś w pełni zaszczepiony/-na do dnia 1 września, pokaż organizatorowi kopię Unijnego Certyfikatu COVID. Pomoże nam to w przestrzeganiu wytycznych epidemiologicznych. 

6. Podpisz i oddaj organizatorowi swoją wypełnioną ankietę medyczną. Będzie na Ciebie czekała na stanowisku akredytacji. 

7. Przeczytaj i podpisz dwie kopie regulaminu wydarzenia. Jedna kopia jest dla Ciebie.

8. Jeśli wszystko się zgadza, otrzymasz od organizatora opaskę z indywidualnym numerem, która jest potwierdzeniem akredytacji. Miej ją na nadgarstku podczas wydarzenia. Teraz możesz wejść na grę!

Before the larp

• You can fill in the online outfit accreditation form up until 5th September
• Fill in the mandatory medical questionnaire 
• Fill in the Zweihander: game rules quiz
• Print the European Union COVID Certificate from appropriate website of your country’s government if you have been fully vaccinated by 1st September
• Pack a document with your photograph (e.g. personal identity card, passport, student ID)
• Read the Terms and Conditions of Attendance
• Recall the contents of the Player’s Handbook, Lore Book and the Costume Guidebook
• Read the Code of conduct

Time schedule

Wednesday 15th September: 15:00-18:00 (only for those who went through online outfit accreditation)

Thursday 16th September: 10:00-19:00 (game starts at 18:00)

People who arrived late can go through the accreditation at the organizers’ point.

Weapon accreditation

1. Weapons made by Epic Armoury, Freyhand, Wyvern Crafts, Forgotten Realms, Calimacil do not need accreditation.
2. Weapons made by any other manufacturers or self-made, as well as any replica of a long-range weapon, must be accredited at a weapons accreditation point. 

Outfit accreditation

1. If you have already accredited your outfit using the online outfit accreditation form go directly to the main accreditation point.
2. If you haven’t accredited your outfit through online form, your outfit must be accredited at the outfit accreditation point.
   

Main accreditation

1. If you have received weapons and costume accreditation, go to the main accreditation point. Accreditation is mandatory.
2. The organiser will confirm your identity and record that you have shown up for the game. Have your photo ID with you. You do not need to print your ticket – we have one assigned to you already.
3. If by 1st September you are already fully vaccinated, give the organiser a copy of your European Union COVID Certificate. This will help us to comply with epidemiological restrictions and guidelines. 
4. Sign your pre-filled medical questionnaire. The organiser will have this at the main accreditation point.
5. Read and sign two copies of the event terms and conditions. One copy is for you.
6. If everything checks out, you will receive a wristband with an individual number from the organiser as proof of your accreditation. Keep it on your wrist during the event. Now you can enter the game!
